Programmes
Several activites are organised in Irawo, with a lot of individual initiative entrusted to the students who are involved, organize and are responsible for the bulk of the programmes. The four programmes of Irawo are explained below, to give a bird’s eye view, with some selected activities still discussed afterwards.

Academic Excellence programme
Irawo has as a pillar excellence in work, which for a student is in his academics. Activities that are organised in the centre based on this programme frame work includes:
- Academic Seminars e.g First-class Seminar, project & lit review seminar, study technique sessions e.t.c.
- Study Camps and Marathon: focused, intensive, and planned study period while not leaving out the demands of day to day living.
- Industrial visits: To align and motivate students towards their chosen course of study, teaching the correlation between the field or industry experience and academics.
Leadership & cultural programmes
Leadership as service a deeply held value at Irawo, is c ultivated amongst students in the following ways:
- UNIVNigeria
- Leadership Camp & Seminars e.g Inter-university camp, Leadership conversations for Male Excos of University student associations. This leadership sessions always have a capstone service project.
- Excursions
- Cultural clubs e.g book clubs, language clubs e.t.c.


Entrepreneurship & Employability Development
In commitment to our motto of investing in people, through this activities we seek to equip young men to be self-sustaining
- Sunday conversations
- Skill acquisition sessions e.g soft-skill seminars, IT skills training, graphics and web design etc. Industry practicioners can also partner with us to transfer skills of their own specialization.
- Mentorship System
Spiritual & Character development
For an integral formation of the human person we strongly believe that importance be accorded his character and spiritual formation. The activities in Irawo for spiritual formation is entrusted to the prelature of Opus Dei an institution of the Roman Catholic Church. Activities geared towards achieving this aim include:
- Retreat and day of monthly Recollection
- Guided prayer & benediction
- Doctrine class e.g Theology classes for postgraduate students, doctrine on contemporary issues for undergraduate students.
- Spiritual direction (on request)

Further Activities

Professional Seminars
The professional development of those who pass through Irawo is of utmost importance, we invite senior professionals and captains of industries to speak to and enthuse students and younger professionals.

Residential Workshops
For more in depth development of certain aspects of a person's life could be religious, professional, cultural e.t.c., the residential workshops are intensive program tools to achieve this aim. Some institutions have even organized such programs for their staffs. examples of this workshops are:
> Study Camps (study weekends, math camp e.t.c.)
> Work camps
> Cultural camps

Leadership Camps
The leadership camps are a form of residential workshops that have a pride of place in Irawo, since it directly furthers our mission of investing in persons, and getting others involved. A leader is someone at the service of the others nudging them towards a certain goal.

UNIVNigeria Conference
The annual UnivNigeria conference is an initiative that grew out of the Univ Forum (An International Event) with the aim of improving the intellectual and human tone of university students. It draws Universities from all over the country and in 2023 saw participants from the University of Ghana, Accra.

Visit to the poor
These social welfare projects bring an opportunity for leadership through service. Encouraging all who come in contact with Irawo to cultivate a proactive concern for society. Some place visited includes: Prison Visits, Juvenile correctional centers, Motherless babies’ home, Bodija, Home for disabled children, Home for the elderly, Personal wellness visitation e.t.c.

Excursions
Cultural formation is given utmost attention in Irawo. Culture is widened via cultural books and travel. Some excursion sites includes: Erin Ijesha waterfalls, Olumo rock, Iroto Conference Centre, Agodi Gardens, Cocoa House, PAU Yemisi Shyilon Museum, Nike art gallery, e.t.c.

Doctrinal Forums/
Personalized Circles
In the doctrinal forums the christian faith is delved into in a scientific and thought engaging way. For those with more desire to have a deeper relationship with God, they join a circle where personalized formative instruction and support is received in this regard.

Retreats
A spiritual retreat is an important break, a few days spent in prayer alone with God. It is the spiritual equivalent of an annual car inspection or medical check-up: time in the presence of God, examining our Christian lives to try to see where we're at and how we can improve our relationships with God and others.
